Use Homr Router to Access Internet when on Cell Network

I have a DD-WRT router at home that can access overseas web sites quickly (because I pay extra for that).
I would like to have my cell phone use that router when not at home to access those overseas sites.
Any ideas on how to do that?
Or point me to some web sites...
