Прошу не пинайте, просто не знаю куда обратится за помощю, собираю прошивку из исходников, все нормально собирается, прошиваю и вижу такую картину в консоли:
Сначала тоже думал что дело в "Kernel command line" и пробовал менять ее но с тем-же успехом, потом посмотрел лог загрузки старой прошивки и думаю дело тут не в ней, вот лог полной обычной загрузки:

Первое речь идет про сборку прошивки dd-wrt для данного устройства?
Дело в том что стоит uboot который выполняет определенную работу по загрузке. Вот пример полного лога с debug :

Боюсь нет, речь пока идет только о том чтобы взять исходники от производителя и хоть как-то заставить роутер стартовать с кастомной прошивкой, для начала хотя-бы busybox запустить, но загрузка даже до init скрипта не доходит. И это единственный форум по роутерам на русском где хоть кто-то отвечает по теме

Похоже это оно и есть, поддержку файловых систем в ядро я подгружаемыми модулями собрал и squashfs походу тоже, попробую пересобрать ядро повнимательней, спасибо за поддержку
