Hello, I have a house full of roommates (some of which use more data than others) and I am looking for a way to monitor our bandwidth per each device, so I can more fairly bill my roommates. dd-wrt seems to the be answer, but I had a few quick questions about it. I currently have a Netgear WNDR4300 which according to the website seems to be supported. This is a dual band router. If I flash the dd-wrt firmware will this router loose the dual band capabilities? Does the dd-wrt firmware completely replaces the current firmware or work on top of it? Most of use are wired into the router. If I get the TP-LINK TL-WR740N (this is the cheapest router supported) to replace my Netgear will I look and speeds if we stay wired in to the new router?

Thank you for your help
