Wifi Repeater mode missing in the

I'd like to set up my TP-Link WDR 4300 as a wifi repeater, but I can't find "repeater" or "repeater bridge" under Wireless-Basic Settings-Wireless Mode. (I do see "client" and "client bridge".)

My TP Link WDR 4300 is on DD-WRT v24-sp2 (12/11/14) std.

client/client bridge/wds station + virtual ap (vap) = "repeater" in broadcom terminology
