I'm looking for the cheapest router that can run a ddwrt build that has OpenVPN built in. I am hoping for a sub-$20 one if possible as I am needing probably 10+ of these. I don't need any other fancy stuff like usb, gigabit, etc necessarily just the ability to run OpenVPN client mode. I have a netgear wnr2000 v3 and it doesn't have OpenVPN, just pptp. Also my wap54g is only a micro build. Used or refurb is fine. Thanks in advance for any input.
Take a look at this list: http://www.dd-wrt.com/wiki/index.php/Supported_Devices#TP-Link and pick up those that are supported by dd-wrt and has minimum of 8M of Flash. Your target of sub-$20 is kind of tough and you may have to look at ebay and see if you can get what you want but then you have to take the risk that you may get a bad unit.
