WAN port is dead. I want change LAN 4 to WAN.
I using config (attach) but router not receive IP from ISP (PPPoE).

You need to post in the broadcom forum.
E1200 & E1200v2 are broadcom.

And are you sure it's dead?
Fairly common to lose WAN on the E1200v2
