@MrLOLs
While I don't have a Linksys E1200, I do have a Linksys E3000 running the K3.x Mega build version of the 21676 (5-27-2013) firmware and has LAN port 4 mapped as a WAN port.
This firmware has 2 problems regarding VLANS:
1.) The Setup --> VLANs webpage shows the LANs assigned to VLAN 0 which is incorrect. VLAN 0 is reserved. If you don't know this and start tinkering with this webpage eventually the LANs will stop working, but the Wi-Fi will continue to work. Usually, LAN ports are assigned to VLAN 1 and Port W, the normal WAN port, is assigned to VLAN 2.
2.) The LAN port numbers on the webpage don't match the LAN port numbers on the label on the back of the router. Example: LAN 1 on the webpage is actually LAN 4 on the label.
It's reasonable to assume these limitations apply to the E1200 as well, but YMMV. BTW, if Port W is broken then the box in that column should be left unchecked.
Here's a screenshot of my E3000's VLANs webpage. Incidentally, this router is located behind other routers and gets it's WAN IP from one of the main routers connected to the Internet.
