Problem in port forwadring!!

Hii guys,
I have TP-Link WR841N 300Mbps wireless router and I flashed the DD-WRT firmware in it. So, now I want to forward ad open ports for different programs. But it is not forwarding my ports. I opened a port 1604 and such more, but when i checked it on www.canyouseeme.org they are saying that connection refused. This is the screenshot of my NAT:

Please help me, I want to forwarding my ports.

have you tried saving the change then applying the change?
or also reboot the router and or pc?

i noticed when testing mine all mine timed out except for what i had opened. where as yours says connection refused.
it could mean it is open but there's an issue.
are you sure the ip address is correct? and that pc is turned on?
