Hi! I am trying to set up two wifi networks, using one router for each network. Is this possible?

My current setup consists of a modem that connects to the internet but has no wifi. This modem is connected to the primary router that has DHCP turned off and broadcasts wifi #1, which has it's own SSID and WPA2-AES security. What I would like to do is have my secondary router broadcast wifi #2 with a different SSID and security setting, all while not having to run any cables to the secondary router.

Can this be done?

The routers I'm using are a TL-WR941N (v.3) for the primary router and a TL-MR3220 (v.1) for the secondary.
