que router me aconsejan, para pequeña empresa?

Hola, tengo una empresa en unas oficinas, actualmente con línea de internet con ONO.
Tengo un servidor con owncloud y necesito acceder desde la oficina tanto desde mi casa.
Tengo contratada IP fija con ONO.
He llegado a configurarlo todo para que tenga acceso tanto desde la oficina por LAN, como desde mi casa por WAN y abriendo los puertos en el router, un tp-link y con router ono como cable-modem.
El problema viene cuando intento configurar el router para que haga Wake on WAN.
Al principio tenia un tp-link y configuraba las tablas arp, no recuerdo la marca e iba bastante bien. Hasta que de buenas a primeras me dejo de funcionar. Echandole las culpas al router lo descambie.
¿Qué router me aconsejan para hacer lo que quiero hacer?, aparte quisiera tener algo mas bueno, como un buen cortafuegos pero según dicen estos router son complicados de configurar.
Mi presupuesto está en unos 300€ para el router.
¿me aconsejan algunos? gracias.

RT-N16 on VicTek's Raf Beta 9014-v1.3d. repeater @ Condominium pool side, a lot of clients messing arround.
wrt600n on wrt610n firm 16214 @ warehouse for 22 colleagues as wifi client @ 2.4 Ghz and 5 Ghz just for me.
wrt54gl on Eko's @ warehose as repeater for 22 coleagues as wifi client
wrt350n oldie 2007, 5 years bricked, recovered from dead & modded with antennas and new agn radio now incredible "NA mixed" on Brainslayer's , repeater at my garage, modding as hobby (picture)
All at service.

Este netgear r7000 me parece intenresante por que usa
opendns, para control de contenido, pero puedo especificarle las ips, o mas a a vigilar?

Si, en QOS podes limitar a quien queres, o darle mas ancho a otro.

Y filtrado contenido solo a ciertas ip? Por opendns cree
O de pago.

Por lo que veo, es un fw ddr-wrt motnado sobre ese router de netgear.

Me despisto, yo lo que busco sobre todo es poder poner un gestor de contenidos tipo opendns, pero que pueda definir por ips a que rango afecta.
