Memory usage is still a bit high (same as r27858)

Upgrade from previous public beta with IE11

Kernel: Linux 3.2.71 #19373 Fri Oct 9 07:44:23 CEST 2015 mips
Status: cosmetic error
Reset: no
Errors: Same as my previous report, strange codes found in zh-tw/zh-cn/ko-kr webui title lines. I'm reverting back to r27716 before this r27721 issue get solved.
