Ich habe ein Problem. Wenn ich das WLAN mittels:
Code:
/usr/sbin/wl radio off

deaktiviere, dann fängt auf einmal meine Power LED fürchterlich an zu blinken, ist das bei euch auch so? Kann man das irgendwie beheben?

*edit* Sobald ich das WLAN über "on" aktiviert habe und mit off beende, fängt es an zu blinken. Mache ich es wieder an, ist das blinken aus.

Jemand eine Idee was das bewirkt?

das wl utility logischerweise bzw der broadcom treiber. nur beide utilities sind nicht quelloffen. du must es also hinnehmen

hm, ok dann eben kein ausstellen mittels Cron. Ist halt blöd wenn im Schlafzimmer was dauerblinkt. ;(

Gegen das Blinken hilft schwarzes Klebeband. Ist wohl die bessere Option als Mikrowelle im Hirn...

Nö, ich stells immer manuell an/aus wenn ich es brauche. Smile
Ich benutze es eh nur um mit dem Nintendo DS zu zocken, sprich reine WEP Verschlüsselung und das ist mir eh zu unsicher es ewig anzu haben. Wenn ich jetzt die Möglichkeit gehabt hätte über Cron zu gehen wärs geil gewesen aber so ist auch nicht wirklich schlimm.

Als Alternative ist zu nennen:
/usr/sbin/wl radio off -->> /usr/sbin/wl out
/usr/sbin/wl radio on -->> /usr/sbin/wl up

Der Unterschied ist, das die WLan-Led nicht aus geht. Es sieht aus, als ob WLan an ist und alles richtig funktioniert.
Nur beim ersten verwenden von wl out, ging die WLan-LED aus, aber das Radio ist immer zuverlässig aus, egal was die WLan-LED anzeigt. Die Power-LED behält ihren Status und blinkt nicht.
