After enabling wireless security and rebooting the router, router seems to freeze and lan client LEDs seem to just keep blinking. Pressing the reset button the router and restoring defaults fixes the issue. Anyone else experience this issue with this build?
Router and build size?

I have a E3000 (converted from WRT610v2). This build pegs my CPU after rebooting. I have erased nvram and reconfigured three times now. Any suggestions?

I'm running the same build on my RT-N16. I'm not seeing this. I'm running many Repeaters/Repeater Bridges and a Client Bridge off mine. All reconnect and are functioning properly...Laptop/Wireless Desktop are also connecting without issues.

Seems to be bug with virtual Wi-Fi interfaces. Brainslayer build from today also has the same issue. As soon as virtual wireless interface and security is set and router is rebooted, it becomes unresponsive. _________________ Asus RT-N16 [Build King Kong 18050M NEWD-2 K2.6 + Optware + My Page]

Can someone with a kernel 2.6 build please confirm the Wi-Fi virtual interfaces bug.
Reproduce:
1) From default DD-WRT settings, apply a new username and password.
2) Go to wireless tab and add a virtual Wi-Fi interface and leave all settings default.
3) Apply the settings and wait a minute.
4) Go to Administration tab and reboot the router and see if it is responsive after 5 min. _________________ Asus RT-N16 [Build King Kong 18050M NEWD-2 K2.6 + Optware + My Page]
Yep... some radio crashes (corerv=16) and some (e.g. 17, 23) just don't transmit ssid after reboot. So on 610nv2 if you create vif on 2nd radio it doesn't crash.
