I have the linksys WRT54GL running "A" version of dd-wrt... its been a while since i installed, maybe over 6-8 months. I also have a microsoft router. Internet connection is on the MS, and the linksys plugs into the MS unit to act as a repeater for wireless.

My problem.

1. I'm not knowledgeable about this Wink
2. I can't access the control panel on the linksys... it was left at the default 192.168.1.1, but whenever i try to access it, i get page not found. this is with both wired and wireless connection. When wired to the linksys, i CAN access the MS unit control panel, which is at 192.168.2.1.

Any ideas or help will be much appreciated... i'm totally lost and need to add a MAC address to the wireless filter to allow access Sad

try this ...

from the dos command in your PC (if you use windows) type "arp -a"
try one by one to type that IP show in your browser ... :D

and for the simple .... reset the linkys for 30 second and setup again ... so type the default IP (192.168.1.1) for the linksys in your browser .. Smile

good luck
