Hello,
I had been using v23 SP1 for a few months now, and never noticed this problem because I've always used wireless. Anytime I plug a cable into one of the LAN ports, they light up very briefly (less than a second) and then die again, and Windows XP reports no cable connected.
I've tried the following:
Upgraded to v23 SP2
Tried all four ports.
Tried multiple cables.
Tried a hard reset, saw no changes, then restored again because it killed my connection.
I'm using Sprint/Embarq DSL, and the router will not receive an IP address unless I clone the MAC of my laptop.
Any ideas? Your help would be greatly appreciated.  |
