hello all.

Please note I'm banging new to the world of playing with firmware that is not stock on routers.

I learned how to install dd-wrt from:
http://www.dd-wrt.com/wiki/index.php/Netgear_WNR3500L
Files used to install DDWRT:
stock firmwere befor installing dd-wrt: 1.2.2.44

First: dd-wrt.v24-14311_NEWD-2_K2.6_mini-WNR3500L.chk
Second: dd-wrt.v24-14929_NEWD-2_K2.6_big.bin

Questions:
1) If i installed the big build of dd-wrt then why is the main page telling me its the mega one?
Page says: Firmware: DD-WRT v24-sp2 (08/12/10) mega.

2) i have noticed my Wlan singles are quite low. I have changed the TX Power to 42 mW as some posts say to, but that has not helped. I manely use the Wlan for a laptop and to stream netflix to my Wii. is there a trick to seting up dd-wrt to so streaming is best without having netfilx to rebuffer every 5 mins? (Note the Wii is only about 10 ft away form the router).

Thank you for your time and help,
