I'm trying to flash DD-WRT on a new fonera. But now I've probably messed up "firewall.user".
So I want to get the original setting of this. I know there is a site where all files of the fonere can be found but I can't find it anymore.

So can anybody give met de original /etc/firewall.user settings?

# problem solved: after a reset/reboot, I was able to install DD-WRT

Same thing. The serial cable is only used for commands. The flashing is done via tftp over the wan port. http://www.dd-wrt.com/phpBB2/viewtopic.php?p=89619#89619 <- Try these instructions first. There is a Windows gui flash utility in there that will make your life a lot easier. Needs no network configuration to work. You shouldn't need the serial cable with this.

I have successfully flashed another device, but can't seem to get dd-wrt onto my new FON device. I've tried the DNS hack, the GUI from Freifunk, holding the reset button, etc.

Can someone verify that v0.7.1.r5 can be flashed with dd-wrt?

Thanks.

I pasted this on Putty:
mv /etc/init.d/dropbear /etc/init.d/S50dropbear

This what comes up after pressing Enter:
mv: unable to rename '/etc/init.d/dropbear': No such file or directory(I ignore this and continue with the rest steps)I'm only writing the errors.

Then I get this one:
cd /tmp

wget http://192.168.10.199/openwrt-ar531x-2.4-vmlinux-CAMICIA.lzma ( press enter and this is what shows on Putty)

wget:Unable to connect to remote host (192.168.10.199): No route to host
After this I stop,no point to continue if I can't connect.
Help Guys.
PM when ever you can or email at elprimo_1@hotmail.com
Thanks guys
