Hey all,
I'm running a EOC-2610 using firmware build 14896 (updated from 13064). Performance seems to be extremely better than before. I do have a couple additional questions about the antenna diversity though.
Is it currently possible to use both the internal antenna and an external antenna to achieve antenna diversity using the configuration settings in DD-WRT.
If so, what is the proper switch setting for the router? Should it be set to Ext? Or would diversity only be available when set to Int and no external antenna used? _________________ EOC-5610 -dd-wrt soon....

Alright,
From other posts I see that if the hardware switch is used then the signal is only on the Ext Antenna.
But what would happened if I soldered a bridge between the external and internal antenna?
Would setting diversity in DD-WRT with an external antenna plugged in achieve Antenna Diversity using both the external antenna and internal? _________________ EOC-5610 -dd-wrt soon....

No, that will not work. Why the infatuation with dual diversity ? _________________ http://69.175.13.131:8015 Streaming Week-End Disco. Station Ripper V 1.1 will do.
