hello i posted this on a PSP forum ..before i found dd-wrt.com .. and im sure im now in the right place for my problem ...text is a little bit PSP related but u will know what i need...excuse my bad english .... here is the text

hello,
hope the subject makes sense....
if not here is my story...

i have bought an external wireless/usb HDD from asus (yakumo sells same thing ..just named storage 60) ... able to work as access point or DSL router .... full specs here
http://usa.asus.com/products4.aspx?l1=1 … odelmenu=1
i flashed the firmware with some custom stufff from a guy called oleg ..whos running a site for custom router firmwares ..based on linux ...for linksys router ... forum here http://wl500g.info/index.php
wl500 router and asus wl hdd have the same CPU both run the same linux....

what have i done so far ..
psp flashed with 3.03 aoe ....
router flashed with custom firmware ...
installed irshel 3.1 and newest devhook 5.something
found a working nethostfs daemon for my asus HD ... (im not a programmer so i have to use stuff from others)..also installed samba and several other tools on asus hd
after several tries i managed to connect my psp to external asus HD via wireless network using NETHOSTFS build in IRSHELL... BUT devhoook gave me a NO GO if i tried to start an iso from NETHOST (asus hd) .. i was able to browse all files ...BUT the main reason for me is a 60 GB external ISO storage ..for backups Wink
i tried every possible way ...mapped nethost (asus HD) to m0: (nethost redirect) ...with mapped nethost to m0: devhook gave me no error msg BUT it got stuck after 5 seconds of network activity... freezes whole psp .. ON/OFF solved freeze Wink
so i tried next possible thing ... i put some isos on my asus HD ..and connected my PSP via nethostfs and started copying them to my psp using IRSHELL filexplorer .... it worked ...BUT for a 240 MB file it takes 10 mins ... way to long for movies and other stuff (remember 60 GB for ure psp ..portable Wink).... and iso loading wasnt workin too ... (mentioned in IRSHELL FAQ or forums ..so its known..also devhook error msg mentions something like devhook doesnt support iso starting via wireless or so) ....

next problem ...
asus hd has wireless and USB connection ... why not try usbhost ?!?!
i wasnt able to find a working usbhostfs for my asus hd ... searched the web for days and tried several usbhostfs .. they all gave me error msg ..something like "(" syntax error ... (hd isnt here ..cant checkright now .. me thinks is compiled for different linux... but im a linux noob Wink ) .... so where/how can i get a working USBHOSTFS for my asus HD ???

so i hope someone here can help me .. asus hd usses the same cpu like wrt linksys wrt router broadcom chipset .... can some give me a working usbhostfs binary ...or some tips how to archive a workin binary ...im a linux newbie..
