Since manually adding a service to the QoS Service Priority list, it has broken the Add/Edit Service popup window and I can no longer edit or delete the service I created, nor add any new ones. It has lost its styling and all the buttons for completing any actions. I've attached an image of what the window now looks like. Rebooting the router hasn't fixed it. Any ideas?
Same thing happened to me, build 17201 on D-Link DIR-615 Rev E3. I was able to recover by resetting to factory defaults and restoring configuration from a few days prior.
