Hi,

I'm running a:
DD-WRT v23 SP3 vpn (c) 2007 NewMedia-NET GmbH
Release: 04/06/07 (SVN revision: 6470)

I have it sitting in front of an Oracle database server. The dd-wrt port forwards port 1521 to the database behind it.

It seems when I have too many simultaneous database connections, the router stops responding to any communications, and requires a reboot. I am unable to ssh to the router from either the WAN or LAN side, and the computer on the LAN side can NOT route to the external world.

Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated
Thanks
Jay

have you increased the MAX PORTS and decreased tcp/udp timeout ?

they are under administration / management
its @ the bottom
change

MAX PORTS to 4096
tcp timeout 600
udp timeout 600

see if that works

I've made the updates. I guess I'll have to wait to see if they work. Thank you for the suggestion.

Thanks
Jay
