Happy to report on 5 days of up time on my WZR-HP-G300NH with no drops or resets. Still maintains 300Mbps with this build.

Also, not sure why others have problems of maintaining 40Mhz channel. I have mine set to NG mixed with Turbo 40Mhz set no problem. Actually it is the only way for my laptops to connect at 300Mbps. I tried Dynamic 20/40, but it never switched to 40 to get 300 staying at 150. I believe there are too many other wireless routers around keeping it at 20. I live in an apartment and there are at least 11 other AP's most on channel 1, 6, or 11. I have been on 1 but today I'm trying channel 3.

I also have the power set at 7. And can still maintain 300 in the fast corners of the apartment.

Just came back to DD-WRT from gargoyle/openwrt and the wireless is now great but I'm having severe issues with the web interface, it is extremely unresponsive and takes long time to load pages.. Is this a bug in this build?

The interface is blazing fast with Atheros clients but with on broadcom client is is utterly slow.
The opposite is the case for the connection speeds: Atheros maxes out at 65 Mb and Broadcom at 130 Mb where before it showed 150 Mb and 300 Mb.

It's just as stable as before (no more tx/rx errors though) and the actual speed doesn't seem to have changed that much.

U cannot get this anymore since they pulled it from the release list.

I find it a shame as it seems it works perfect on a wndr3700 and i want to have it also.

But now it seems were back to the waiting game for a few weeks untill a new release is out.

I found a bug with this firmware, possibly one reason it was pulled.

While connected to my router all my widgets, text input, the time, lock screen and often downloads (should have been a clue) completely fail to work on my LG Optimus 3D, they just stop responding yet apps all work fine (if they do not need text input or the rest).

Its like the WiFi somehow breaks all event handlers as the instant I disconnect from WiFi then everything that was supposed to be happening while connected seems to happen all at once, then everything is back to normal.

Reverted back to the previous firmware version and now all is fine.

Why dont you guys who already have this release for Dir-825, upload it somewhere too?
its obvious that its better than the last few versions.
Give us a chance to test this one and from other users until newer version relesed...
thanks

Same. I have the TP-Link router that this firmware was bricking, so even if I find it I still have to wait Sad

Was very excited for ath9k but am glad I didn't jump the gun. Right now I have to reboot the router every few days or the wireless just goes kaput.

Bummer, just discovered it wasn't this build messing up my phone after all as its suddenly started doing it again even on a friends WiFi. Sad

Don't think I will upgrade again yet though as this build had no improvements at all for me.

Great! Is that North America or the rest of the world (I'm in EU)?
