Hi all,
I had a good working network using openvpn on an X86 Box running a old version of DD-WRT. Clients were able to connect without problem to my OpenVPN server running DD-WRT also, for several years. I decided to modernize things a little and decide to upgrade to the latest software I could have found for my hardware, ie, 19342. I installed the new software and configured it with the same working config that I had been using and left the location where the server is. I have remote access to the server. When I try to connect with the same client, I am now getting a TLS error. I have since read and found out that the new version od DD-WRT has problems with OpenVPN. I know my problem is not my keys as they were working before. Has anyone foud a solution to this? I can not go back to the site wher the server is installed for some time, but can I downgrade the software over my remote access connection? Pls advise.
Glad to know that it should be working. As I had mentioned I had a working system. All I did was upgrade the software to Ver 19342, everything else remained the same. Using the same client I can connect to another server running the same old version of DD-WRT as this one before it was upgraded, that had not upgraded as yet. Are ther parameters that I must change to suit the new software?
