You have erased and overwritten too much of the flash and lost your board data partition.
Follow p1001's advice and write it back, I take for granted that you made a backup of the whole flash before loading dd-wrt on the router.. _________________ Kernel panic: Aiee, killing interrupt handler!

You are using the right file?
The factory-to-ddwrt is for initial flashing when you have factory (TP-Link) firmware on the router and the webflash file is for updating an already running dd-wrt firmware.
If you still can't flash it then try to downgrade the TP-Link firmware to an older version, TP-Link firmwares are available at their web site. _________________ Kernel panic: Aiee, killing interrupt handler!
Test file for Canyon CNP-WF541N3A, the file is based on dd-wrt svn18777 for WR1043NDv1 and is header modified so it can be accepted for upload in the Canyon web gui firmware update page. Unpack the archive and upload the .bin file.
A revert file for going back from dd-wrt to Canyon stockfirmware can be found in the sticky Revert file thread in top of this forum section.
It is also possible to revert to original TP-Link firmware for WR1043ND.
Please provide Sash with the output from the dmesg command directly after router is booted up running this test firmware, official dd-wrt support for the router will follow when he has got that info. _________________ Kernel panic: Aiee, killing interrupt handler!
