I'm just wondering if anyone knows if the VAP issue is across the board or if it's only on certain models? What was the last known good build that did not require the workaround script?

That is all.
Last working for me was 36154...until today...37139 now seems to be working again...nothing in between.
[EDIT] Not valid...I had the work-around still in place.

VAP is still not working on Linksys EA6500v1 and EA6900. And the workaround has never worked for me.
The last firmware working fine was the r35531 which is quite old.
5. VAPs not working at boot (k3.10?); workaround startup command:
sleep 10;stopservice nas;stopservice wlconf;startservice wlconf;startservice nas
From the BS 37139 release announcement.
Tried that with my R6400v2 today. I could not get it to work.
As grc mentions ... would be of interest to know what makes this difficult, when in the past this was one of dd-wrt's most attractive features. _________________ PROFESSIONAL STUDENT my.Mistakes ∝ my.Learning ... provided I have the patience & persistence to learn
