Hello,

I am trying to follow Kong's instructions for installing Pydio on my R7000. At step 6, the Pydio diagnostic tool reports warnings, but no errors. When I attempt to configure Pydio, a pop-up indicates:

Code:
error loading pydio.min.js?v=6.4.1:ProtoCompat is not defined

There is no further progress. None of the information I found on Pydio's forum could be applied to Lighttpd and DD-WRT. On this forum, all refferences to Pydio refer to Kong's instructions, and make it seem easy. I'm wondering what I've done wrong.

My router's status:

Code:
Router Model: Netgear R7000
Firmware Version: DD-WRT v3.0-r30100M kongac (07/04/16)
Kernel Version: Linux 4.4.14 #116 SMP Mon Jul 4 22:13:30 CEST 2016 armv7l

My external drive disk info:

Code:
--- /dev/sda1
Block device, size 512 MiB (536870912 bytes)
Linux swap, version 2, subversion 1, 4 KiB pages, little-endian
Swap size 512.0 MiB (536862720 bytes, 131070 pages of 4 KiB)
/dev/sda1 mounted to swap
--- /dev/sda2
Block device, size 4.548 TiB (5000442937344 bytes)
Ext4 file system
Volume name "jffs"
UUID F3E3CEA7-0232-40CA-975E-5D712012DCEE (DCE, v4)
Last mounted at "/jffs"
Volume size 4.548 TiB (5000442937344 bytes, 1220811264 blocks of 4 KiB)
/dev/sda2 mounted to /jffs

Any help would be appreciated.

Empty cache of your browser, then test if \plugins\gui.ajax\res\js\pydio.min.js is reachable.
If yes/no re-upload pydio.min.js again, it can be broken
What version of Pydio you are using?

Thanks for your reply!

I emptied my browser cache. I'm not sure what you mean by the file being "reachable". It is where it is supposed to be:

Code:
root@1069_router:~# ls -la /jffs/www/plugins/gui.ajax/res/js/
drwxr-xr-x    6 root     root          4096 Jul 10 08:20 .

drwxr-xr-x   12 root     root          4096 Jul 10 08:20 vendor

The version of Pydio I'm using is 6.4.1, which I obtained from Sourceforge, by downloading pydio-core-6.4.1, and unzipping it to /jffs/www.

I tried deleting pydio.min.js and transfering it again from the unzipped folder on my PC. Just for good measure, I rebooted the router. The error is still there.

I tried using older versions of Pydio, specifically 6.0.8 and 5.2.0. Both of them pass the diagnostic tool, but fail to load Pydio's main page.

For some reason I can't post to the Pydio forum. I'm waiting until Monday to hear back from someone at Pydio about that.
