Remote Management Requires Reboot Over Time (WNDR3700 v2)

I have a WNDR3700 v2 router running DD-WRT v24-sp2 (06/08/12) std.

I have remote management set up through HTTPS on port 8080. It works great for about a week. Then I can no longer access the router using the its external IP address. If I reboot the router, it will resolve the issue, but only to have it reoccur again a week later.

I know I can get around this by scheduling weekly reboots, but is there any other way of resolving this issue?
