help WZR-900DHP decompressing..error 1

Hi all!
i have problem with my router WZR-900DHP Japanese version
after update to dd-wrt as followed this thread

the router crash and only one led ( i dont remember which one) blink.
then i used tftp to reflash the firmware, unfortunately, all lights come on and stuck, router bricked.
using the serial to debug with putty only display: "decompressing..error 1".
how to solve this problem?

Me too. Plug power then all light on. Stock 2.18 up to ddwrt, then up TRX Open-WRT on web guide and brick.
