I have inherited a WRT54Gv5 from my brother. I want to flash it with DD-WRT firmware. but I am little scared as this world is not very familiar to me Embarassed and I need a step by step guidance for doing so.

Secondly, I have a WAP54G for range enhancer that connected with the WRT54G. will that work after the firmware is upgraded?
