Did you try this
Open the Wireless -> Basic Settings tab
Physical Interface Section
Wireless Mode : Client Bridge (routed)
Save
Default Gateway Mode : Manual
Gateway : Point to Gateway for network, usually IP of primary router
Wireless Network Mode : Must Match Primary Router
Wireless Network Name(SSID) : Must Match Primary Router exactly including exact case- Make sure you spell this correctly
Wireless Channel : Must Match Primary Router (This will disappear once you put it in RB mode, and isn't needed)
Network Configuration : Bridged
Save
Virtual Interfaces Section
Add
Wireless Network Name(SSID) : Same as the primary router (v24SP2 I have not had any problems with signal dropping)
[NOTE] - You CAN try using the same SSID but it usually will not work properly. Many have had random disconnects and/or no connection if the SSID's are the same.
Wireless SSID Broadcast : Enable
Save &
Apply Settings
Now set security. in same tab Wireless now click wireless security
By default is disable, set Clients and AP _________________ TP-Link: TL-WR741ND V4

i've tryed anything...
my only hope is to resolve the upgrade failed when revert...
Today, router accept the revert package using internet explorer to flash, the unit say me Upgrade succesfull but when the unit reload, i've the same ddrwt firmware...no tp link firmare... 24461.... no change... only change is the hard reset..
if i try to load the previous version (24160) i've the same thing....
In another try, dd-wrt console, have loaded revert package but now the router load up with no dhcp, the wifi is up whit tplink 77c136 sid, but anything can't connect to wifi, and no ip to wired port.
i've tryed to assign a static ip link 192.168.1.2 or 192.168.0.2 to my pc whit no success...
