QoS working on downstream again, no new apparent issues.
Following issues remain:
-Wireless bandwidth graphs not reading WAN traffic
-TX antenna chain setting is flaky on WNDR3700 v1/DIR-825 B1, related to decrease in TX power observed on these units as well
-"N-Only" both 2.4 GHz & 5 GHz broken, does not let 2x2 clients connect, only 1x1 clients connect (802.11n smartphones such as iPhone 4+, Android)
-TP-LINK issues with radio "shutting off"
-DIR-825 B2 caldata issues _________________LATEST FIRMWARE(S)

Last night I downgraded my WNDR3700 to 17201 where the TX power was still working normal (more than 17db). Nice weather is coming and it would be nice to have a wifi signal in the garden
