E4200 here, notice that when using DNSMasq clients DHCP doesn't work, this has occurred since build 17990. DHCP is set to authoritative.
Also with this build wireless at 20Mhz constantly drops out and device needs to be rebooted.
Intermittently the internet would stop working as well, back to 17990 for now as it seems the most stable with regards to connection and wireless up time. Is there anything I can do to help/test?
through telnet with mtd on belkin f7d4302. its bricked.
cant get into mini cfe or else. front light does not lit. mhhmhmh _________________ RT-N66U @ Build 25697M K3.10.63

OpenVPN is not working since build 16214 using this simple config...working ok up to that build what is different now? It connects to the remote network but can only access the remote router, not browse the internet (redirect default gateway option seems broken).
Also wireless on 5GHz band and 2.4 seem to not be as stable as 16214

Hardware that works for me:
RT-N66U MerlinWRT 3.0.0.4.374.33_beta3b
E3000 WDS Kong v21661
I found this problems:
1. 40MHz doesn't work, radio works on 20MHz, even if you select and set it 40MHz.
2. 5GHz radio isn't recognized
3. Maximum n speed is set to 144Mbit/s because of 20MHz radio limit.
4. Channel selection is sometimes not working correctly, if user selects 40MHz upper Channel 5 it switches to channel 7 20MHz only.

Got a Cisco Linksys E1200 v1 router the other day and put dd-wrt.v24-18946_NEWD-2_K2.6_mini-e1200v1.bin. Works great!
An important note -- I first did a hard reset after flashing to the new firmware and it didn't appear to be working. I did a power cycle and the bootloader responded to pinging. Did a soft reset and it worked. Someone else also mentioned needing to do a soft reset.
Loaded 18702 on my Asus n66u and got very frustrated trying to get WAN access.
Found 18946 and it connected straigthaway and appears stable
Was interested in DD-WRT for bandwidth limiting, will this be available anytime in the GUI? Would be happy to purchase the Professional Activation to get this working. In the meantime I'll keep playing with iptables - had success with limiting download speed, but not upload unfortunately.

Same issues on the WRT 6000N...
Each little bug described above is chronic. Every long awaited client connection is a slow meager process that inevitably ends in tears! Need some fresh trouble free firmware Echo! Any chance you can hook me up please?
Pretty please?

I have two e1500 running in a WDS arrange with a F7D8302 v1 acting as the host, all units running 18946 std-usb-nas (WDS was really inconsistent if the F7D8302 was loaded with any other build but 18946), they have been working great so far (2 days).
Automatic Drive Mount is not working properly out of the box, it mounts "Optware" and "Data" in the same /opt mounting point claiming they are ext2
partitions (not reflected in the automatic drive mount log but using the mount utility in shell made it obvious):
Code:
--- /dev/discs/disc0/disc
Block device, size 1.819 TiB (2000398934016 bytes)
DOS/MBR partition map
Partition 1: 691 MiB (724566016 bytes, 1415168 sectors from 2048)
Type 0x83 (Linux)
Ext3 file system
Volume name "Optware"
UUID A5148267-0540-4CEE-BFC2-A265A177CD7A (DCE, v4)
Volume size 691 MiB (724566016 bytes, 176896 blocks of 4 KiB)
Partition 2: 1.111 GiB (1193279488 bytes, 2330624 sectors from 1417216)
Type 0x82 (Linux swap / Solaris)
Linux swap, version 2, subversion 1, 4 KiB pages, little-endian
Swap size 1.111 GiB (1193271296 bytes, 291326 pages of 4 KiB)
Partition 3: 1.818 TiB (1998479949824 bytes, 3903281152 sectors from 3747840)
Type 0x83 (Linux)
Ext3 file system
Volume name "Data"

Status: Mounted on /opt
Status: Mounted on /opt
once you unmount them sometimes it recognize partitions correctly, for now and as a "duct tape" fix I came up with this as a startup script :
Code:
umount /opt
umount /opt
mount -t ext3 /dev/discs/disc0/part1 /opt
mount -o noatime -t ext3 /dev/discs/disc0/part3 /mnt
swapon /dev/discs/disc0/part2
service transmission start
this without disabling the automount feature in the GUI works for me, hope someone finds it useful.
https: working
pptp vpn server: working
F7D8302 v1 5Ghz radio: working
one e1500 is even running optware packages, BTW the loop.ko k26 module linked in the optware CIFS auto mount procedure in the wiki seems not to be working anymore.
PS. WDS was really inconsistent if the F7D8302 was loaded with any other build but 18946.

Installation went smooth, no problems at all.
I bought the E1200 today (after reading the supported devices list), connected it, plugged RJ45, accessed web interface, clicked firmware upgrade, selected the .bin file... I left it alone for 15 minutes and then reboot.
Installed on linksys E1550 then updated to K2.6_mega-nv60k two weeks ago, everything seems to be working fine except those:
-When I restore to factory defaults the router freezes and need to be power cycled.
-When I do many configurations the router some times freezes and need to be power cycled.
-I dont know if this is a bug o me but I was not able to configure a bridge for virtual interface to make a wifi guest network, the hosts can connect to the lan(192.168.2.0)(my main lan is 192.168.1.0) but not to the wan.
