My setup:

INTERNETS > 3800HGV Uverse Router > Gigabit Switch (for connecting Cat 5e in wall outlets) > DD-WRT Netgear WNDR4000 (DMZ'ed on the WAN port)

My 3800 HGV serves DHCP addresses in the 192.168.1.0 range.
My Netgear serves DHCP addresses in the 192.168.2.0 range.

The 3800HGV has the DD-WRT Netgear in a DMZ.

Here's the background:

I would like to keep the DD-WRT Netgear in the DMZ because I want to use the DD-WRT's built-in SIP capability without complication. The Netgear also provides 802.11n wireless.

Internet works fine going through either router. However, when I am connected to the 3800HGV (192.168.1.0) , I cannot connect to any of the machines on the DD-WRT Netgear (192.168.2.0). Alternatively, when I am connected to the DD-WRT Netgear, I can connect to the machines on either subnet--though I cannot ping machines on the 192.168.1.0 subnet.

How can I make both subnets communicate with one another seamlessly?
