I've asked same question in the past.
There is no release schedule.
Probably an internal dev decision if a certain build seems stable enough it will be compiled and made avaliable on ftp.

OK, i understand that is a stupid question, but i asked because i read on timeline that will be soon after changeset 18965... Confused currently changeset is 18988.

"Soon" in program world is not the same as "soon" in user world.

I am looking for a new firmware since build 18777 in the forums and on brainslayer's ftp every day. Because with the current build my router is not even possible to use the lan switch, which is a major problem and it is fixed by now.
I already tried to compile it on my own, but it's way too hard for me as a linux noob. If anybody is willing to help me just pm. Thanks in advance.

Me too, looking every day on FTP server to see when appear an update.
