Hi there!
I'm writing to you, because I would like to improve the Polish translation of DD-WRT. In my opinion the actual translation is, I have to admit - shit ! So please lead me how can I help with doing the better translation. Can you tell me how that works ? Do I have to implement a translation file into router by tftp or the languages are downloaded from dd-wrt's website while picked in router's settings ?

Please don't ignore my topic, I couldn't find any good matching subject on the forums and I really care about doing the DD-WRT popular in my country.
BTW you should do a seperate STICKY topic about the whole translating issue. I think it is important.

Thanks in advance.

1. get the polish lang file
2. add the corrections.
3. upload it here

btw use an utf8 capable editor (notepadd++, ultraedit, joe, kate, vi, etc) and not windows standard bullshit

Just to make sure, cuz I don't want to waste my time.

That's the path ?
http://svn.dd-wrt.com:8000/browser//src/router/kromo/dd-wrt/lang_pack/polish.js

And the original and actual english lang file is here - http://svn.dd-wrt.com:8000/browser//src/router/kromo/dd-wrt/lang_pack/english.js ?

EDIT:
So far I've translated about 280 lines of about 2200. I translate the englis.js - link above. I hope I'm not mistaking in picking the right file.
I'm hoping to finish the translation on Saturday or Sunday.

Due to lack of time the translation will be done later. I think it's still worth it.

maybe it would be useful to use the existing polish translation and merge it with your one. so we might have a partial better result for now

I'm half way through the translating process.

It would be very useful to see my progress. I need a preview of my translation.

How can I make my router use my own translation ?

I have found a program with which I can translate the file easily and much much quicker.

Now it should all go fast.

Do you know any other programs than Deja Vu X2 ? Some android apps ?
