i had bad expirience with flashing ddwrt to stock tplink, now i need precious procedure how to flash him to latest fw on these date 06-01-2017-r32170

i need to know what first what secodn and what third,i please suptile guruos for carfule answer becouse i alredy bricked one by my mistake
