Problems Uploading dd-wrt file for linksys e1000 v2.1

I am trying to upload the dd-wrt file (dd-wrt.v24-16785_NEWD-2_K2.6_mini_e1000v2.bin), but fails in the middle of the upgrade. Tried several times with the same outcome. Did an upgrade of the linksys firmware succesfully, so the router seems ok. My linksys has installed linksys firmware 2.1.02 build 5 May 6, 2011.

After reading I understand the file I am trying to update should have the necessary corrections for this V2.1.

Does anyone has the same problem? Please advice.
