Networks Show Up in Wiviz, but not Site Survey

I am trying to bridge 2 routers (uverse and an airlink). For some reason, the networks around me (including my Uverse) all show up in the Wiviz survey, but ALWAYS only 1 shows up in the site survey. Its almost like its the first one that it detects, but its never my Uverse router. Why would all the networks show up in the Wiviz, but ALWAYS only 1 show up in the site survey?
