Serial port clarification on ESR-9752

I am new here posting for the first time. Below, I have attached two pictures of the ESR-9752 router board. Can someone please indicated which "buttons" are for TX, TX, GND, PWR etc..
It does indicate them on the router board on the bottom right corner in the first picture,but it is still ambiguous to me.

count from right to the left.
the square one is PWR.

Thank you for your timely response. Just for a further clarification I have attached another pic with labels to clear up my understanding. As I understand it starting from the right on the picture the first box is 'PWR' and the adjacent one next to it is 'open circle' which I assume is GND then the remaining two 'filled' circles are TX and RX respectively. That leaves two 'filled' circles unlabeled. Should they be just left alone?
