Hi Everybody

First off I'm a complete newbie at this but I explain my situation a best as I can:

I've purchased a new Buffalo WBMR-HP-G300H as it was the only device that can connect using ADSL http://www.dd-wrt.com/site/content/first-adsl-router-with-dd-wrt-support.

I flashed the device as the instructions 30-30-30 etc with version (18026) that came up when I searched for the device in the database.

I then setup my internet (Standard PPPoA) etc and the device connected fine.

I purchased the device so I could install OpenVPN as the instructions at: https://www.vpnuk.info/setup-dd-wrt-router-openvpn.html

I followed the instructions exactly several times but was unable to connect to the internet. Tech support there suggested that I use the Buffalo as a AP and my old sky S@GEM router as the ADSL. I tried this setup and I could connect to the internet but my IP address was still unchanged and didnt seem to be connecting to VPNUK.

I have spent a couple of days chatting with techsupport and nothing seem to work.

I then decided to see if I could install via VPN services PPTP instead of OpenVPN at http://192.168.1.1/PPTP.asp but when ever I save my settings they disappeared?
I follow the instructions from here:

https://www.vpnuk.info/setup-dd-wrt-router-pptp.html

So I upgraded from v18026 to v18777 to see if it could resolve the issues but nothing has changed (see attached picture there is no button highlighted clicking save or apply settings does save any of details added) I still cant save my details I enter into PPTP via "services" "VPN"

Anyway basically is this a bug? or do I have a rouge router/firmware etc

Anybody else connected to VPNUK using this router?

Any help would be very much appreciated and I hope I sort of explained my problem>?

I can confirm that I experience the same problem - Not able to save PPTP Client settings. It doesn't work either you save it or apply.

Well I assume its not possible to use the buffalo as a VPN unit (until the bugs are fixed /updated), so Ive ordered a cheap linksys WRT54GS router that hopefully will do the job....fingers crossed
