File sharing IS enabled on both machines, and they're in SAME workgroup. I reinstalled both OS on both machines, and it didn't fix the problem,
@madman999: Yup, the HTTP server works fine. I'm only forwarding port 80. I've also tried to disable to port forwarding, but it didn't fix the problem.
Same thing with the Buffalo WBMR... I have a win7, xp and debian but none of these can´t ping each other on LAN. WLAN to LAN works fine but the gigabit would still be quite nice when transfering larger files

Thank you for the advice. However I'm not sure if I want to mess with it, since I'm glad that it's even working (I had some problems with flashing it), so I'm rather going to wait for new version, and if it still won't fix the issue, then I'll downgrade.

So I risked that... and I can confirm that downgrading DOES fix that problem! Yoooohoooo! What a nasty bug...
Many thanks, ukur
Edit: It also gained *some* performance boost! I've noticed that immediately when I was connecting to localhost server from outside. I hope that it will last...
