Hi,
I've taken a quick dive through the code in order to find out where and what the data rate modulation algorithm is (the one that determines and set the transmission speed to the connected devices - afaik).

I've found some traces of rate modulation in the following drivers:
src\linux\universal\linux-3.5\drivers\net\wireless\iwlegacy
src\linux\magicbox\linux-2.6.34.6\drivers\net\wireless\iwlwifi
src\linux\universal\linux-3.5\drivers\net\wireless\rt2x00

It looks like some table look ups, but I'm not sure I understand what algorithm is being used.

I've tried Googling it, but no avail.

Can you please tell me what is the algorithm you're using? Or what is it based on?

Thanks!
