wrt54gs v.5 connection problems(n00b)

okay, i just flashed my wrt54gs v.5 linksys router with the dd-rwt v23 sp3 firmware. i cant connect to the internet now unless i run the ethernet wire straight to my computer because my router isnt working(its not bricked i can get into the control panerl).is there a guide or something that will help me configure the router or can someone help me??? please its 2:20 am and all i want to do is sleep.

do hard reset for 30 second then setup the configuration again.
what type internet connection do you have..give us more info about your internet connection type. maybe it can help us to give you an advice

i did a hard reset and power cycled my modem and now everything works fine! but now when i use utorrent its SSSSSOOOOOOOOO slow.

i'm forget that how much i post about this question in the forum Smile.. there are many information on the dd-wrt wiki.

try to increase your ip connection.. or maybe you can read about that in here http://www.dd-wrt.com/wiki/index.php/Router_Slowdown
