QOS Netmask priority assistance

I'm new in DD-WRT, I installed

I need to configure QOS i want to set priority on 192.168.1.2 - 192.168.1.250 to bulk and 192.168.1.251-254 to premium. how to do this? sorry for this stupid Newbie question I just don't know how to do this. Embarassed Embarassed Embarassed
