Static routing Doubt

In a network equipment I am adding 2 static routes

a. Destination 192.168.42.32/24, gateway 10.10.10.200
Local route
b. Destination 192.168.42.60/27, gateway 10.10.10.200 Distributed route.

My query is the network address of the static route (b) is destination address of static route (a) is this proper behaviour?

both routes are wrong
