I've dug a little more and found out that when I do some configuration, the nvram seems to get corrupted (with values <key>=<value>, where key is empty or unprintable values, and value is always a number).
I didn't realize what configuration makes corrupts nvram, but seems to be related to client mode.
What is the best procedure to do when this happen to nvram, besides the 30-30-30 hard reset and "erase nvram", which I already tried?
I tried to revert to the stock firmware from its website, using the web interface but it fails. Also, tried to reflash the same DD-WRT, and also fails.
Is it possible to flash one of those firmwares using command line or something else (tftp, for example)?

Got some spare time already today..
Upload the file via tp-link web gui firmware update page, wait 5 minutes for router to flash and reboot.
You will then find the dd-wrt web gui on 192.168.1.1
I tried to use this firmware today, but I can't, my router showed this error (Código do Erro: 18004) I think is because my router have the last firmware, Can you help me make a new update file? this is a last update firmware that is in my router.
Error 18004 is an error unknown to me, error 18005 is firmware type mismatch.
The file you have attached is exactly the same file I used when making the conversion file to dd-wrt and that is a conversion file which a couple of users here has reported success with. No one has reported flashing failure before.
Did you try to flash the stock file you attached?
Did your router accept it? _________________ Kernel panic: Aiee, killing interrupt handler!

Hello, I'm having the same problem on my wrn 240(error 18004)
First I tried to flash the last firmware from the intelbras site (No sucess)
After that, I tried to flash your dd wrt version, but I had the same message error again.
Do you know how I can fix that problem??
Thanks.
No, I can not fix this problem without having access to an original firmware that works on your router.
If the firmware from Intelbras site does not work then my factort-to-ddwrt file will not work either.
I have no idea what they have changed, new hardware maybe.
TP-Link does not manufacture the 743v1 any more so it is likely that Intelbras is getting another model from them. _________________ Kernel panic: Aiee, killing interrupt handler!
