I can't help you with that since I don't use JFFS2. Maybe the wiki can help you. _________________ Firmware: DD-WRT v24-sp2 (latest available) mega

Hi guys,
I really, really, really want this script to work with my Linksys WRT54GS v5 router with DD-WRT Firmware 24 SP2 micro. I love DD-WRT but I really don't know about JFFS2 or any of that. I badly need some baby step instructions to doing this. Also I want to know some baby step instructions on how to install a small case fan type thing in the router with passive heatsinks on the chips. I really need to know from A-Z on how and what parts i will be needing to do this. I am awaiting anyones reply to help me step by step for this. Thanks guys.
open wanipcheck.sh with editor
INTERVAL=3600 (i have 60)
MAIL_BINARY=/tmp/sendmail (edit: i prefer these. if you want to reboot your router ones a day or week this is not yours. your router delete the files every reboot)
MAIL_SERVER=smtp.isp.com
MAIL_TO=emailto@isp.com
MAIL_FROM=emailfrom@isp.com
MAIL_SUBJECT="Some subject for your email"
copie file via WinSCP
in your folder (tmp)
lock in with putty
go to
type: cd /tmp
look:
type: ls -l
files must listed
execut them
type:
chmod +x sendmail
chmod +x wanipcheck
then
type:
./sendmail &
./wanipcheck &
look
Type: ps
seh if is listed..
iam a ultimate beginner.. this is the way a friend of mine get it done and working..
I don't know how to set up the JFFS2 space on the router to where i can send the files? Thanks for explaining the rest of the process though. It is very clear to understand I guess I am just the extreme beginner :(
öh.. ah..

and seek for JFFS2-support.. ~in the middle
JFFS2 = on
JFFS2 delete = of
