Router was reset to Factory Defaults. Upgraded to 27506. All settings are done according to the instructions by KrypteX.
Result: 5Ghz speed was not changed, router keep losing 5Ghz wireless every hour.
Tested on iPhone6 plus HP notebook with wireless card using latest driver.
I'm open to any other suggestions
Which channel are you using now ? Have you tried all 4 combinations as I described above ?
Disconnect all Apple products from 5G and leave only the HP laptop connected on 5G. Are there still issues ? _________________ THERE ARE NO STRANGERS HERE; ONLY FRIENDS YOU HAVEN'T YET MET.

Set Regulatory Domain = Canada or United States and you'll have upper channels 149+ too. I've already told you to do that, won't say it again. _________________ THERE ARE NO STRANGERS HERE; ONLY FRIENDS YOU HAVEN'T YET MET.

Can you provide some snapshots of your Wireless settings, including the Advanced ones, for both 2.4G and 5G ? Something's not right, 20 Mb/s is too slow. _________________ THERE ARE NO STRANGERS HERE; ONLY FRIENDS YOU HAVEN'T YET MET.

Use AES (not TKIP) for WPA2 Personal WiFi security. I think that's the main cause for the WiFi slowness.
Additionally, don't set Auto channel, but manually chosen one (e.g. 6+Lower on 2.4G and 56+Lower on 5G). And HT40 for both (not HT20). _________________ THERE ARE NO STRANGERS HERE; ONLY FRIENDS YOU HAVEN'T YET MET.

Ok, the change for the security from TKIP to AES worked. Speed is over 100Mbit on the 5Ghz now. Thanks a lot!
You're welcome. Just curious, what's the max speed you can reach on WiFi now ? (you said you have a 200/100 Mb/s internet) You can test with speedtest.net, for example. But please test with a laptop with good WiFi card (N300-capable at least)
If you are at it, could you also test the same on a LAN cable, instead of WiFi ? Just want to have an idea of the WAN-to-LAN NAT capabilities of this router model. _________________ THERE ARE NO STRANGERS HERE; ONLY FRIENDS YOU HAVEN'T YET MET.

About the question from KrypteX for the LAN speed:
"If you are at it, could you also test the same on a LAN cable, instead of WiFi ? Just want to have an idea of the WAN-to-LAN NAT capabilities of this router model."
Actual LAN speed is 203Mbit download / 102Mbit upload, on a PPPoE connection coming on a fibre cable to my house, ended up by a Huawei device, which provides Internet, telephone and TV.
Theoretical speed of this net is 200/100Mbit, but the provider always give me a bit higher speed.
I am thinking to upgrade to 500/200Mbit speed, should this router quick enough for that?

Thanks for testing it !

On WAN-to-LAN it might give you more than 200/100 (which is your current max speed from your ISP), but WAN-to-WiFi will remain as it is now (around 110 Mb/s). _________________ THERE ARE NO STRANGERS HERE; ONLY FRIENDS YOU HAVEN'T YET MET.
