Hello, I have an strange behavior and I want to know if any of you have encountered this.

I have a Buffalo air station N600 model with DD-WRT Firmware DD-WRT v24SP2-MULTI (07/09/12)

I am able to set up a VPN to "BOXVPN" service using the the WAN CONNECITON TYPE as PPTP, however with this setup, I'm only getting about 2 mbps download and 3 mbps upload (unable to play HD streams with it)

On the other hand I'm unable to setup the connection going to "services" then to "vpn" then to "pptp client" it simple won't connect.

Have any one of you encounter this, and how did you resolve it?

CPU load is less than 20 when downloading @ 2 mbps with the PPTP connection.

Also, my internet bandwidth is 20 mbps

I don't think that is the issue because if I connect using a WINDOWS PPTP client, the speed can reach up to 10-12 mbps.

I'm sure the issue is related to the router, however I am not sure if that is the MAX capacity of my router or there's a bug in it that prevents higher speeds.
