This is directly from my notes and I'll confirm it works....good luck...
Always use 192.168.11.X because the router isn't booted up to see any other IP range other than what's default in the CFE.
redhawk
Code:
Recovered the 600DHP unit by
Unit has Solid Red DIAG led lit. (can be done when not bricked also)
1 Using a switch.
2 Setting static IP to 192.168.11.11, 255.255.255.0, 192.168.11.1
3 Put a webflash_MULTI.bin file in a directory.
(Use the 20180.enc file...but build 23720.bin....has worked for me)
4 open command tool from where that file resides.
5 issue arp -s 192.168.11.1 02-aa-bb-cc-dd-20
6 Now with the switch connected to the laptop and router...set the following command...but don't hit enter yet.:
tftp -i 192.168.11.1 put webflash_MULTI.bin
7 Plug in router...wait until you just see the switch led come on for the router and hit ENTER. (10 Seconds)
Timing is very tricky here. When the switch LED's blink in unison it is uplooading...it takes about 15 seconds...it will respond with success message and the Red DIAG led will blink...then go out when the unit reboots.

I am glad I came across this thread while searching to for instructions to put back the WZR-600DHP Japanese version on 600DHP build (It is currently stuck as a WZR-HP-AG300H).
Your instructions are very helpful, and I was able to flash the AG300H jp version of FW on it via TFTP and then update to the US version via auto update from the webUI.
I am still unable to flash the WZR-600DHP FW on it. I need to be on DD-WRT Pro build for WZR-600DHP (2012 release) for some work related testing.
